HOW TO INSTALL THE STARWARS MOD on Windows:[]
- OPENING YOUR MINECRAFT DIRECTORY:
1) Click Start and write in the search bar: %appdata%
2) Go into .minecraft
3) Go into bin and open minecraft.jar with a software like WinZIP
- INSTALLING THE OFFICIAL STAR WARS MOD
4) Delete the "META-INF" folder inside minecraft.jar
5) Open the directory called "PUT in minecraft.jar" of the StarWars mod (this directory should be in this ZIP file)
6) Select all the files (and directories) and drag them into minecraft.jar
7) Open the directory called "PUT in .minecraft" and drag all the files (and directories) into your .minecraft folder
8) Launch Minecraft and try all the new features of this awesome mod!
HOW TO INSTALL THE STARWARS MOD in your SERVER.jar file (dedicated Server) on Windows:[]
IMPORTANT: You can't use "server.exe" for playing the StarWars mod in your dedicated server. You need "minecraft_server.jar".
For this, please follow Minecraft Wiki's article: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Setting_up_a_server#Start_the_Minecraft_server_.28.jar_version.29
1) Open your Server's directory
2) Use WinZip and open your "minecraft_server.jar"
3) Open the directory called "PUT in minecraft.jar" of the StarWars mod
4) Select all the files (and directories) and drag them into minecraft_server.jar
5) Open the directory called "PUT in .minecraft" and drag all the files (and directories) into the folder of your server
6) Run the server and wait for world generation.
